Richard G. Segal is a Shareholder/Partner with the firm.  His practice concentrates in the area of General Civil Litigation with a special emphasis on business and corporate litigation, Product Liability Litigation, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage Disputes and Insurance Defense Litigation.

For twenty years, Mr. Segal was the senior and Managing Partner of the Law Firm of Segal and Shanks Attorneys whose practices was confined solely to litigation.  On January 1, 2008, that practice was merged into the Law Firm of Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman of which Mr. Segal is currently a Shareholder/Partner.

Mr. Segal is active in the community and has served on the local board of the American Diabetes Association in Louisville, Kentucky and as Corporate Relations Chair for the Annual "Stand Up Diabetes" fundraiser.
