Clare Feler Cox is a Shareholder/Partner at Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Mahan, PSC. She concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation and related business transactions, intellectual property litigation and licensing, and taxation. Ms. Cox is admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office and practiced as a certified public accountant for ten years prior to joining the firm.

Though she grew up in the U.S., Ms. Cox is a native of Concepcion, Chile and speaks Spanish fluently. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky; did post-baccalaureate work at the University of Louisville's college of business, which culminated in her admission to practice as a CPA and a decade of experience with both a "big five" and regional accounting firms; and graduated magna cum laude from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.

Ms. Cox has extensive experience in dealing with the financial intricacies inherent in both complex commercial and intellectual property cases from both a legal and accounting perspective.

Ms. Cox has represented patent clients in infringement actions; large manufacturing and distribution companies, including one of the largest oil distributors in the nation; insurance companies on coverage issues and other business type disputes; and physicians in business and intellectual property matters.
