Berlin Tsai is an of counsel with the firm.  Prior to joining Lynch Cox, Mr. Tsai was member of Pedley Zielke Gordinier & Pence and eventually Pedley & Gordinier.  Mr. Tsai has had extensive experience in defending bodily injury litigations, including workers compensation, asbestos, silicosis, motor vehicle, and slip and fall cases.  Mr. Tsai also represented companies in construction litigations.

After graduating from Kentucky Country Day School, Mr. Tsai entered Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia  where he received his BA degree in political science.  He received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Louis Brandeis School of Law in 1993.

Mr. Tsai currenty is admitted to practice law in Kentucky, United States District Court Western District of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana.  Mr. Tsai servers on the Board of Directors of CompEd, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the educational and information needs of the workers compensation system in Kentucky.  Lastly, Mr. Tsai is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky Bar Association.
